Rusky's Painting services & Chimney cleaning repair, did a fantastic job repairing our chimney crown and cleaning the flue. During inspection they discovered mold buildup and removed it safely. Professional technicians and very reliable service.

We hired Rusky's Painting services & Chimney cleaning repair for chimney inspection and mold remediation in our attic. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and completely eliminated the moisture issue. Honest pricing and very professional team.

Never showed up. Twice. Said I had the original date wrong when they scheduled the first time. Rescheduled. As he couldn't show up the day he said he was suppose to originally. Rescheduled. And then never showed up. A call service who barely speaks English answers to set the appointment's . And schedules the appointments. But no one ever shows.

I am a person that leaves HONEST reviews. I leave them for great service and I leave them for TERRIBLE service. Unfortunately, this is the latter. I called and scheduled an appointment for September 9th for chimney cleaning. I was given a window of 2-5 in the afternoon and called when the technician did not show up. I was told there was a “misunderstanding“. When I rescheduled for nine days later, I was told that I would get a confirmation call the day before. When I did not get the confirmation, I called and confirmed the appointment for the next day. My appointment was 11-2 on September 18th and, having been burned once before, just before 2 o’clock I called to confirm that the technician was coming. Once again, I was told that there was some misunderstanding, that no appointment was found, even though I had spoken to the company the day before. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I asked for the name and contact information of the owner. I was told I could not have those. I live out of state and stayed each appointment day to have the chimney cleaning accomplished. Rusky’s Painting Services and Cleaning appears so disorganized and so slipshod that they cannot provide the services they offer. I eagerly await a response from the owner! I probably won’t make an appointment for that….
