Nothing but great things to say about Fox River Home Improvements. We had a big issue with water heater venting/chimney flue and these guys came out the very next day to check it out. All problems were solved one day later because they cared about the safety of my family. Will recommend this team to everyone I know in the future. Very grateful for their help and professionalism. They walked me through the process step by step and the pricing was better than any other estimates I received from other companies. Can’t go wrong with this company!! 10/10!

Made a simple chimney sweep appointment, they had availability quick, AWESOME, it was like the next week. They called two days before , said they were a tech short and wanted to reschedule for two days later . OK FINE> no problem. 2 hours before the appointment on the day OF, they called to reschedule again. No thanks ill find someone else.

Nate and Brix did a thorough cleaning and inspection of our fireplace and chimney. After another company told us we had to rip everything out and start over, the crew at Fox River gave us peace of mind and options how to move forward safely with our current fireplace. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Fox River Home Improvements from start to finish. I contacted the company because my chimney was crumbling. I had already been working with storm chasers to replace the roof on my home. My insurance took a lot longer than all the other people on my block to approve me, over a year longer. In this time, I had multiple neighbors complaining about the roofs that were replaced by the storm chasers. I also have been in the home-improvement industry for over 10 years and I know the proper steps for replacing a roof. After talking with Mark and his team, I was confident that they knew what they were doing and felt like they were being completely honest. I decided to use Fox River to knock down the chimney as well as replacing my roof. The guys were great at sending me pictures throughout the day so I could see the progress. Mark went over everything when the job was complete and answered all of my questions. I wish I would’ve known about this company two years ago when I was looking to replace my siding. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your home improvement needs. Julie
