They said they could replace the front porch step at my sister’s house over a year ago. Told me 4 different times that someone would be out during the week to do the estimate-never happened! Recent calls were answered with “I’ll check & call you back” but they never did. Terrible customer service. I’ve given up on them.

Requested a quote, and they came out took some pictures and measurements and then told me they would get back to me with the estimate. Well a year after they came to my home and multiple calls to them asking about the estimate, I still never got the estimate and at that point gave up even trying to get it. I would leave a zero star rating if I could
