We recently had Scott service our fireplace and he was able to diagnose an issue with our fireplace that has been bothering us for several years. I can not say how much we appreciated his troubleshooting expertise and his recommendation for remedying the issue. I will recommend Scott and the Fireplace Professionals to my friends.

I'm kicking myself for using this company. Our fireplace was working but needed a new wall switch as some of the buttons were not working. I didn't realize until after that they drastically overcharged me for the new parts needed for the repair. Once the appointment came the tech spent way too much time talking about a simple issue I need to have resolved and then was on the phone repeatedly with technical support for what was supposed to be a 20-30 minute job. Nearly 2 hours later the job was done and I was left with a $530 service bill in addition to the $430 worth of parts they gouged me for. Bottom line: Do your homework. I'm the idiot that hired this company and I definitely paid the price for it.

We replaced a wood stove two years ago. Abbie is fantastic! She knows the ins and outs of all the products. She never tried to up-sell. We did check other businesses but found they were less personal, provided incorrect information and didn’t listen to what we needed. (One place my husband thought was good but when I tried to check what they had the man gave me minimal information and didn’t answer specific questions—creepy vibe and didn’t seem trustworthy.) Each time we’ve called the Fireplace business people were very helpful. Excellent communication between the employees and follow-up. No issues with installation, on time.

I recently had an electric insert installed and I highly recommend this company. Scott came out to look at the project and he was very thorough in explaining all of my options. I visited the showroom to make my final selections. I am thrilled with the outcome! On installation day, the guys were friendly, very professional and they did not leave me with a mess. Scott visited again to put on the final touches. The project was completed on time and on budget with no surprises. I'm so glad I used The Fireplace and Flooring Professionals. I love my new fireplace and I can't wait to use it this fall!
