Our fireplace had not been used for a long time, so we scheduled a chimney inspection. The technician cleaned out the debris and ensured the chimney was safe to use again. Excellent service.

This is a scam company. Do not use He charged me on Venmo, and specifically told me to not name my payment "chimney cleaning." Aggressively upsold me on the cleaning, at first trying to say he needed $1500. I told him multiple times that I had no idea it would cost that much and didn't have the money. Eventually I got tired of arguing and we settled at $900. He then added 10% for "tax"... which I doubt he's reporting because he had me use Venmo to pay him. He then started to clean the chimney. For a deep cleaning I thought he would've took some precaution to stop ash from blowing back into my house. I never saw him roll out plastic or anything. He took maybe an hour to do the cleaning. When he was done he then told me it was worse than he thought and he recommended a "chemical" clean for $2500 or replace my chimney lines for $10000. I don't know who he thinks he was selling to, but that's several paychecks of mine that he's pressuring me into spending on a chimney that probably didn't need that. I then get a text from their company asking me to verify the payment. I let them know exactly what happened and then hear nothing back. Now, I am trying to call the company by their listed number and am immediately hung up on. These are scammers.
