Ryan inspected our gas fireplace that we were concerned about since we hadn’t had it serviced for several years do to our previous service provider going out of business. Ryan spent 3 solid hours inspecting everything, deep-cleaning and documenting the system, starting it up and letting it run for a while. Along the way he replaced a temp sensor. We were relieved when he told us the system was good to go and explained the service schedule we should plan on going forward. He was also very reasonable with his pricing. We were able to make our appointment (date/time) using the online booking system contained in their website. Overall a very positive experience!

Well worth it. He cleaned up our gas fireplace like new! The former company I used left dirt in the fireplace and didn't stack the logs correctly. But Frost Fire got ALL the dirt out, fixed a leak, and put our logs back in the exact proper configuration. The glass is totally clear, the fire now looks beautiful and the flames don't go out. It seriously works (and looks) like new! You don't need to call, He has a true online booking platform that allows you to schedule without the hassle of a call. Just use his online booking. It works great. If you can't find the model of your fireplace, just look inside the panel at the bottom and wipe away some dust, and you will find it. :)

I was having a power issue with my pellet stove…not sure if they even work on them. But during my inquiry, they gave detailed instructions on what to check. It saved me from having to hire them or someone else for a relatively easy fix. What a great company! High integrity company right here! Thank you
