Safe Chimney sent someone last week to check my chimney. The tech said the gaps between the tiles were letting gases escape and sealed them up. It’s working much better now and I feel safer using the fireplace. Overall, a good experience with no hassle.
They came out and rebuilt the crown on my chimney since it was totally flat with no slope. Now water runs off like it should, no pooling anymore. Took a couple hours but looks solid and tight. Thanks for fixing that before it caused more damage. best in olympia, wa
