Had Kevin rebuild our chimney from the roof up. He also had a custom steel chimney cap made to accommodate our flue spacing, which wouldn’t work with single caps. I had a lower estimate from someone else, but Kevin’s work was excellent so I’m happy to recommend him to others.

Kevin knocked on our Madrona door after working across the street. Our wood burning fireplace was in a condition so poor that we considered just tearing it down. He repointed the mortar and rebuilt the cap, flu and interior box. Mindful of our landscape and interior (dust) I finished a large project in less than One week at a fair price. He is bidding more work for us now. P.S. I’m an owner’s rep / residential construction consultant for high net worth clients and have been in the trades my whole life. He’s good. Hire him.
