Work was very well done. Communication is terrible. The original two workers were apparently not told all of the things they were supposed to do, and left off tuckpointing the lower portion of my chimney. I was not given the typical "We'll be there in 30 minutes" for their two hour service window courtesy call. On-site workers were not given my contact information and everything went through a "he said, she said, he said" runaround. Direct communication would have saved everyone a lot of time.

Sean did an outstanding job in doing the chimney cleaning and inspection. And we had a great conversation.
