I am very unhappy with the service this company provides. The two man crew showed up unprepared and unknowledgeable about the service they were providing. After providing them with my personal tools to complete the job, they charged me twice as much what I was quoted and refused to leave until payment was received. I called Chimney Pro to speak with a manager and it has been two weeks without a call back. I will not use this company again.
Our furnace gave up the ghost three days ago. I did some research among friends (one of whom is a contractor). Energy Saver Solutions was very highly recommended, and they had so many good reviews. I gave them a call and Ben gave me a quote for our particular set-up. (Small house, gas furnace, smart thermostat, etc) Energy Saver Solutions had several units in stock, and he was able to get a team out to our house the very next day to replace our old broken down furnace. He was extremely professional and friendly, and we got a really good deal as well. (I checked with two of my contractor friends and they said: 'That's a great deal!') The job took 4 hours - taking out the old furnace and installing the new. We are very happy (and warm) campers!
Ben and his crew did an amazing job installing a new heat pump/air handler system. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the strived to make sure my project's priorities were met. They also put in a new water heater in a new location too, and did a fantastic job running the new plumbing in a nice, clean way. I'd definitely recommend Energy Saver Solutions!
Energy Saver Solutions is Superb! My furnace stopped working on (Sat.) (the most snow recorded in a single day since the 1960s in Puget Sound ). I called couple of emergency services to help me out from this difficulty. Ben and his team made it happen for the furnace replacement on the 2nd day. They used their magic to drive to my home during the heavy snow and icy road on Sunday, and got the installation project done very efficiently. Saving us from the cold weather. Highly recommend!
