Marcus was great every step of the way when it came to rehabbing our home’s chimney. From the initial inspection/cleaning, explaining the pre-existing damage found during the inspection, answering our many questions, explaining our repair options (with Midtown and with other firms), walking us through the timeline/process/cost for the repair and performing the repair itself, Marcus’s constant communication, professionalism, punctuality and workmanship was greatly appreciated and valued by our family. It is easy to understand why Marcus is in high demand within the region and we cannot thank Marcus enough for getting us ready for the fall/winter.

Marcus is thorough, professional, congenial and probably saved our house from burning down due to creosote buildup that had never been addressed in a 1920's chimney. The extent of creosote deposit would not have been discovered without the camera he uses. Thank you for preparing our chimney for a wood-burning insert!
