RCS Fireplace

Rusty has been the most honest and reliable pellet stove repair person we have used for over 12 years. Just this last winter couldn’t get Rusty out quickly. And almost got taken by another company. Said our 18 yr old stove would cost at least $1,000.00 to try to fix , and then no guarantees would work anyway. Insisted on ordering new stove $10,000.00 Rusty had me order parts from Amazon $30 proof of fire switch. New fan $79 SH $15 tax $102.31 total. Fan a little annoying but Rusty said if wanted could possibly find an original replacement. So far working great for heat so maybe later will replace with a quieter one. Donot use anyone else for pellets stove problems. Wait for Rusty no matter how long the wait for repairing.

Fantastic service all around! The office staff was very helpful on the initial call, scheduling was easy, and they followed up the day before to confirm the appointment. Rusty arrived promptly and was outstanding — polite, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He got the job done efficiently and took the time to explain everything before leaving. Rusty at RCS Fireplace cleaned our 2 gas fireplaces, and our wood burning fireplace, and did an excellent job. He was on time, explained how he serviced our fireplaces, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Friendly staff, efficient, and excellent service. Small family owned business. Very friendly service and reliable. RCS replaced parts in my fireplace and it’s been working beautifully! I also had them install a blower. They are professionals and charge a decent rate.
