All American Chimney & Patio

Cleaned my mom's chimney today, and boy oh boy when learned who installed this. I just had to leave a comment. They left screws unattached and some that were attached where only attached on one pipe not both. And the neck for the 90° bend was too short, plus the sealing job was crappy at best. 10 out of 10. NEVER RECOMMENDING!

We selected All American Fireplace to remodel several existing fireplaces after interviewing several companies. And we couldn’t be any happier with their service. The linear gas fireplace (Valor Fireplaces) they suggested was just what we were looking for and the demolition/installation went smoothly. Hat’s off to Paul and the crew for their hard work!

We had All American Chimney do several projects for us in 2020, and we called them back recently to review our fireplace bricks after doing a cleaning and noticing some issues. We sent pictures to Paul, and he wanted to see it in person to give us an estimate. After coming out and doing a careful review, he advised us that everything was okay and nothing needed to be done. I was impressed with the work they did earlier, and I’m even more impressed with the work they did NOT do. Ethics matter in business, thank you All Chimney.

My first instincts were correct. These are good people who want to do a good job. I deleted a recent bad review when I learned some things that happened during my project were out of Paul's control. I do want to clarify that with better communication there would not have been the original review. Please do business with All American Chimney they legitimately care about making you happy.
