Look no further if you need any help with your fireplace and chimney needs. Cory was able to accommodate a same-day request right before Christmas. Not only did he get the chimney clean, he noticed a flaw with our wood stove from the factory and explained it to me. I thanked him and made an appointment for him to return and repair. Normally that would have been enough but he took it upon himself to follow up with the original installer and factory representatives to confirm his findings and confirm we should file a warranty claim for the part. Above and beyond any expectations. I won't be calling anyone else. 10 stars.
