HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I made an appointment Wednesday for Thursday morning with a two hour window from 8-10 to have my dryer vent cleaned. Not only did nobody show up, nobody called. I called them and asked what was going on, and was told I cancelled the appointment. I said that's wrong, I just made the appointment yesterday afternoon. They apologized and said a technician would call me back in several minutes to see when they could get me in. Thirty minutes later I get a text message from somebody named 'Mary' telling me they can't fit me in today, how about next week... I tried calling the number that texted me and got a computer screeching in my ear. So I called back the original number that I called to make the appointment from their website (this time talking to a third person... it's never the same person) and was told this time that I had cancelled and said I found another company...??? WTH!!?? Don't use this company for any services. I think they use a scheduling service that doesn't know what the heck they are doing, and when I asked to talk to somebody such as an office manager, I was told somebody would call me back at a later time. I took time off from work. No call. No show. Just a complete runaround.

I'm so happy with the chimney sweep and repair service I received! Professional, efficient, and friendly – my chimney is now working perfectly. Highly recommend!
