Frank is impossible to deal with. He did a wood stove for me and botched the job in so many ways. Immediately I noticed the pipe leaking when it rains. He attempted to re-caulk it but it was not successful in preventing water from pouring into my house. Then the inspector came out to verify the work and failed the inspection because the stove was not grounded or bolted to the hearth as code requires. I attempted MANY times to reach Frank to have these issues resolved. It took Frank over a year to have his guys come out and fix the issue of bolting the stove down. It still leaks from the roof though. Now I have to go down to the building dept and re apply for a permit because the original one expired from him taking so long. I will say his employees are awesome and this review 100% reflects on Frank and his incompetence.
