Their service rep came out on 2/4, showed up on-time and was very polite and professional. I told him that I was recently smelling smoke outside the pellet stove which was a new problem. He cleaned the stove completely and serviced the blower fan. Stove is now running better than it has in years, lites much easier and the smells are gone! He did a great job and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Albany Stoves to service your pellet stove. I probalby waited a litle too long.

Just had our insert installed today and the whole experience was solid from start to finish. The crew was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew their stuff . They really ... stoked my confidence that everything was done right. I’m feeling pretty.... fired up about the quality of the work. The inspector comes tomorrow, but honestly, I’m not sweating it, if anything pops up, I’m sure they’ll handle it. Even in the short time I worked with them, they made me feel valued and appreciated, which really warms my hearth. Fabu experience. This company keeps the good vibes burning.
