We called them based on a recommendation from a friend. They got us scheduled right away and their pricing was very competitive compared to other places in the area! They were very thorough and professional.

I had an extremely concerning experience with KMS Duct Cleaning Company that compels me to leave this review. During the service, employees engaged in highly unprofessional behavior, including making threats of physical violence toward me as the homeowner. This conduct is completely unacceptable and created an unsafe environment. I strongly advise others to avoid this company due to their alarming disregard for professionalism and customer safety. I will not be using their services again and recommend looking elsewhere for reliable and respectful duct cleaning. I would leave zero stars if possible. Why my association hired this incompetent and amateurish firm is beyond me.

I’m so impressed by the work that was done at my home by Alex. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, gracious, and walked me through each step of what he was doing. I highly recommend him and KMS and the price was very reasonable too.
