Maybe I'm just the unlucky one give all the great reviews. I had an appointment scheduled for a two hour block. They never called and after I reached out to the company they did send someone but it was going to be too late as I needed to leave for another appointment. I called the company back to cancel the appointment but the person still showed up to my house and then proceeded to yell at my wife. I've never in my life seen this kind of behavior from a service company.
