I called Scotts Chimney Sweep and they came to diagnose my problem the next day. Mike and Matt were the first two technicians who arrived. They did a complete analysis of my Chimney and diagnosed the problem immediately. Both gentlemen were very courteous ,well spoken and appeared to be experts in their field. Following this another gentleman arrived to help,Cyrus. They told me they could come and complete the work within two weeks and it was done exactly on time. My chimney is finally fixed after dealing with another company for a year and a half. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs assistance with their Chimney. I will continue to use this company for all further needs, including having the chimney cleaned every year. In my opinion, this is a 5+ star company.
