The original builder used regular mortar instead of concrete on my chimney, which wasn’t holding up well. William came out and installed a drip edge that directs water away from the bricks, which should help prevent damage. He was clear about what he was doing and finished without any hassle. The fix feels solid and I’m glad they handled it. I’ll call them again if anything else comes up.

Water was getting in where the chimney meets the roof, causing some leaks inside. Mike replaced all the step flashing and counterflashing to seal it up. No more water issues now, everything feels dry and solid. wellesley, ma people should call them

This morning I noticed rust stains running down the siding under my chimney. Owen from Chimcare came out and sealed the rusty areas to stop any more damage. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after. The siding looks much better now and I’m happy with the job. Will use Chimcare again.
