Brown Chimney

They are incredibly unprofessional and didn’t show twice after two scheduled appointments after first scheduling a week in advance. We just needed a chimney inspection and we are now moving on to someone else. My neighbors and I have been looking for chimney help but Brown chimney will not be who we will be using. Find someone else!!! The photos are of our two scheduled appointments that were verified.

Tom and Esteban were awesome. Very polite. Explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions. They worked well together and cleaned up everything when the project was finished. I'd definitely use them again.
