Tim and April have been servicing our Short Term Rental Properties in Door County for 2 years now. They clean out our fireplaces, gutters, and dryer vents. Their service is TOP TIER and communication with me and my staff is some of the best from any service provider I've ever worked with. I can't recommend Tim's Chimney Cleaning & Outdoor Services enough!!
Very impressed with Tim’s Chimney Cleaning and Outdoor Service! I recently used this business for gutter cleaning and a chimney cleaning. Tim and his wife were very friendly, provided timely service and did a great job. Would highly recommend!!
I had a terrible experience with Tim’s Chimney Cleaning & Outdoor Services. Not only did they fail to clean the smoke chamber as promised, but when I reached out to address the issue, they were incredibly rude and even resorted to making threats when I mentioned leaving a bad review. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using their services. Potential customers beware!
