Neuens Chimney Service

Neuens Chimney Service did an outstanding job cleaning my two chimneys. They vacuumed out the fireboxes and left the place spotless. I subsequently had a stovepipe replaced, and Katie went above and beyond good service to find repair and replacement parts to complete the job. She is also a delightful person.

2 techs arrived at 11:30 am, and finished at 12:06 pm. They swept and snapped pics of our main fireplace, and spent roughly 10 minutes with a secondary structure fireplace. $648.00 which is ridiculous for the service received. Neuens replied with the standard "we're highly trained professionals" but for comparison, our one chimney in Madison with a highly trained professional was $218.00. When I questioned the charge, one tech replied "we're the only ones in the area, so we can charge whatever we want".
