Jackson at Pratt Chimney did an outstanding job. He was extremely professional from the moment he arrived, taking the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. I really appreciated how thorough he was with the inspection and the work itself. He clearly knows his craft inside and out, which gave me a lot of confidence in the safety of my home. We are really pleased with the work that Ethan and Alec did for us. Our flue from 1962 was a disaster waiting to happen. While we were not thrilled with having to spend the money on it, we wanted to make sure the job was done correctly by a certified and insured company so we could enjoy our fireplace without fear of burning the house down. Ethan explained everything that needed to happen and what the process would be like. They showed up on time and although it was clearly a very dirty process, they made sure the mess was well contained; they did a thorough job of keeping things tidy and cleaning up. I'm really happy we chose Pratt and will have them do inspections and sweeps for us going forward.
