Paul explained different options of wood stove inserts and was very thorough with each wood insert and its capabilities. Meghan and Natalie explained the invoices if I had any questions. Shawn and Jake both were very helpful and informative of my new Stuv6 wood stove. Shawn explained how to use the Stuv6 and provided the user guide. I will be using them in the future! We bought a 100+ year old house with a chimney that had been capped because it was no longer safe to use. Our home inspector recommended a full inspection. We called Sweepnman to do just that and Stan came in and did a full exterior and interior inspection, sending a camera up the chimney. Stan and his assistant were professional and clean and kept us fully informed about what they were doing. They issued us a long, multi-page report with everything they found and an itemized list of necessary repairs for a full restoration. After some time, we did proceed and Rich and Anthony came and did the work over December and January. Again, fully professional and with unparalleled attention to detail. They put up a scaffold around our chimney with a fire resistant shroud and propane heaters for the exterior work so that the mortar for the repointing would not freeze. They closed our chimney off from the base and took really detail oriented precautions to make sure there was zero dust when they broke out all the old, decayed fire clay tiles before replacing it with a modern stainless steel liner with a lifetime warranty. They worked through nice days and snowy days with freezing temps and got everything done beautifully. They were even able to keep the noise down so my wife and I could work from home. Everyone was incredibly professional, knew what was going on and skilled at their job. They were detail oriented and conscientious. I wish everyone I worked with were this good. We've been enjoying the fruits of their labor with beautiful wood fires in our fully restored chimney.

I'm working with Sweepnman right now to have a wood insert installed. My installer, Shaun, has been really great. From the time he showed up, he was transparent and clear on what he would be doing. I especially appreciated that because we have an elderly person in our home. His work is top quality and I would recommend Sweepnman for any chimney related work.
