John and Charlene are really great to work with and I trust them with the important job of keeping the stove pipes clean.

Great company to deal with. Been using John sinced we moved here in 2016 on the recommendation of another neighbor. Very thorough, tidy , clean and only charges for chimneys that need sweeping. Back office support, Charlene, is very helpful and responsive. Also used John for chimney repair . Again, a good job tidily done.

Can someone really say a chimney service is 5 stars??? Yes yes you can. The entire team at The Chimney Company made repairing our two chimneys a totally hassle free process. Let’s start with the amazing Charlene in the office. From getting us our quote and handling all of our questions to sending us texts and letting us know when the staff would be on site she handled it all. On top of that they handled all the permits in our town and the inspection. Jack and his team on site could not be any more professional, courteous and skilled. They encountered a real challenge with our big chimney and quickly communicated the issue and told us what they were going to have to do. The left our property totally debris free and for contractors that’s a big deal. So to Jack, Charlene and the entire team at The Chimney Company….THANK YOU!!! It’s not often someone says “that’s a good looking chimney” but I say it all the time now about mine 😀
