I'm not sure if they use a 3rd party call line but when you call they don't answer as a business or their name, I thought I called the wrong number at first. After confirming I was contacting the right company I scheduled an appointment for a quote and they never showed up or called.

Did not show up or call to cancel the appointment, then I was told they could not come for another two weeks. Took off work to wait for them. Very disappointed.

I waited for 3 hours and the technician never showed up or called

Called for an appointment yesterday. The lady answered the phone set up the appointment for today between 12 and 3. At 2:15 I called to see if were still on. She said no technician in the aear. The said they tried to call.I have no message or call from them. She acted like no big deal. I stayed home for this appointment. May be we should backcharge them for my time.
