Our jotul wood stove has become the hub of our home… especially during the blizzard this year when so many had no heat at all (2026).

We purchased a Regency i3000 woodburning fireplace insert from Bow and Arrow Stove Company this past year. From the first visit, the experience was one of the better, if not the best, consumer experiences that we have had. We met with Zach during our first visit and he walked us through the options and discussed the ins-and-outs of what to expect from a wood burning fireplace insert. One of the particularly impressive parts of the Bow and Arrow experience was the responsiveness of the staff during business (and non-business) hours. Any detail that we needed to coordinate with the electrician (for the blower installation) or the installer was handled promptly and professionally. Even when we had an issue with getting the blower installed Morgan came over to solve the problem. This was really not a Bow and Arrow problem but the dedication of Zach and Morgan was evident and their desire to ensure that we had a positive customer experience was clear in every interaction. I really cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was to deal with Zach and Bow and Arrow. We have been very happy with ours and now enjoy worry free fires.
