Madison Chimney Repair

Horrible communication from this company. What a waste of everyone’s time. They will make you pay before they even have anything scheduled or prepared. I have an urgant chinney leak that needs to be repaired ASAP. I called and was given a flat rate for a chimney restoration work and scheduled the work (said would take one day), everything was scheduled until the day of they called and informed us they need to get scaffolding and was not able to get it?? Not only that, less than 12 hours before the scheduled work, they requested additional payment for the scaffolding rental and told me the work will take 3 days and they don’t know when they can start??? There are some serious communication error with this company. Ridiculous way of doing business and extremely unprofessional. Still waiting on the refund from them too, it feels like a scam in my opinion.

Jordan was very punctual and courteous. He did a thorough inspection of the chimney and gave us an inspection report with tips for ongoing maintenance of the chimney. We felt we received good service at a very reasonable price. We had some follow-up questions for the vendor and they were very prompt in their response. Their after-sales service truly surprised us as we have never seen such prompt and responsive after-sales service from any vendor we have dealt with.

I get a schedule from Madison Chimney Repair for my chimney service. Scheduling was very easy. The technician arrived as scheduled. The technician was very professional. He did not try to upsell us. He did an excellent job. There were repairs needed. The technician provided a quote for the work. There is no pressure to commit to the additional work. We will likely use them again.
