A Spotless Sweep - Chimney Service

Don’t use that company. I wait for the service more than 1 hour, and the technician promised me to come in 15 minutes. Every time I call it was another 15 minutes. The receipt he gave me was without details what kind job was done. When anyone will need the permission for new heating system installation from City Hall , you must have a proof of cleaning chimney. I called every day during one week, and every day it was no manager in the office, who can email me simple letter about chimney cleaning was done.

I had an appointment on a Wednesday at 2:30 pm for a chimney sweep. Mark, who I assume is the owner, did not come and never communicated that they were not coming. I called and left multiple voicemails, and although Mark states in his voicemail message that he promises to get back to callers by the end of the day, he never did. This company is not reputable or dependable. Due to the level of unprofessionalism, I would suggest going elsewhere for these services.

Excellent job installing my chimney cap at a good price too for cap and installation. Definitely give these gentlemen a call.

Mark and his colleague just came by to put a chimney cap on the chimney of the house we recently purchased. He came to do the work weeks before any other company were even slated to come look at it and his price was spot on! Everything was done smoothly and clean and I would recommend him to anyone!
