I have used these guys a few times and they are fantastic. They are very professional, competent and honest. Best gas fireplace maintenance company I have used!
Some one came to my house this summer! Put a tarp over my broken glass and said they would get back to me!!!! Have called them repeatedly for months now and they refuse to even return my call!!!!! With each month my heating bill skyrockets!!!!!! Don't do it!!!!!!
High quality service! After another vendor tried on three difference occasions to resolve our issue, they fixed our gas fireplace within 24 hours of calling and at an extremely fair price.
Great experience-- our gas fireplace stopped working back in October and someone came out to fix it a very short time later. Repair man was excellent, worked quickly, and went the extra mile to clean the fireplace (visitors still give us compliments even months later) and even gave us a new receiver and remote at a heavily discounted rate. Amazing!
