The chimney work turned out to be much more difficult than expected but the team went about it with good humor and dedication - totally impressive in the very cold and very snowy weather we were having. Team showed up on time, communicated the plan and there was only one small hiccup which was the second chimney was understood to be a "closing" while I had thought it was an evaluation. No big deal and they offered to stuff it with wool until a next plan could be made. Great service, great work, will definitely refer this company to anyone who asks!
