Cambridge Air Duct Cleaning - Vently Air

Totally unprofessional. The technician canceled 15 minutes before they were supposed to show up and somehow they couldn't find anyone else to come the same day.

Unprofessional and unreliable. They have me an appointment for noon then call the technician could not make it and that they will call me back. That never happened. I called to confirmed the appointment and they confirmed. Then the technician didn’t come until 2:30 and the company couldn’t confirm if he was coming or not. And then called me 4 hours after to ask if they the person had come. The technician wouldn’t pick up the phone for them and they couldn’t located. Full of concerns for my own safety, as it seems anyone could have come to my home and they couldn’t confirm time, name or location.
