Called and set up a service time. I was given a time range of like 8-11am. My spouse waited on them and they never showed up. He had things to do that day, so left around 12:00/12:30. I never received a call or even a text to let me know they were running behind or to provide an ETA. I called the number and the person was going to try and reach the technician, I just told her to forget it, we won't be using their services. Terrible customer service.

Placed a service call Ace Fireplace Service Wyoming Minnesota to have my fireplace cleaned and to inspected for for proper operation of my Regency insert. They were very efficient in setting up the inspection.The inspection was set up two days after I called, which I thought it was pretty decent. On the day of the inspection, they said they would be there by 8 o'clock I rearranged my schedule for the day. At 8:45am I called the company to see if the technician was in route they told me that he was finishing up a service call and would be contacting me shortly. I ended up calling three different times during the day and still got the same answer " The technician is finishing up a call and will be contacting you for an ETA". I never received the call or an apology. I would avoid this company at all cost, this is the worst customer service experience that I have ever had.

They came out July 3rd to clean and repair my fireplace. I was told I would need a new log set. After paying $400 for the service call and another $400 for down payment (half the cost of new log set) I did not hear from them again. I called Ace three times to make them aware of this situation and have them finish the job. The secretary kept saying she would inform her manager. Nothing was ever done. I am beyond disgusted. I paid $800 for no reason at all.

Their technician, Moses came out to evaluate my fireplace and chimney. He seemed very nice. He took measurements, checked inside and outside and went up on the roof to examine the chimney. He said he would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from him again. I called and received no return call, emailed and received no return email. Why waste his time and my time if they are not interested in my business? This company is extremely unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.
