Vertical Chimney Care

I had my furnace cap blow off in wind stor, called around. They had the best price and the person Austin was very professional and did great work. I highly recommend them for foing service on chimney and caps on top of the roof. My cap wa 32 feet in the air on top od 2nd floor.

Do not use this company. The communication, professionalism, and safety standards are not up to par. We used them to convert our log burning into gas burning fireplaces. The company did not check our gas line before installing the fireplace downstairs and left us with an installed and not functional unit. No option was given for a return. They installed a defective upstairs fireplace that caused an Active gas leak in our apartment. We reported the leak and there was not an urgent response , resulting in the leak being active in our home for several weeks. We experienced headaches, nausea, etc from the gas leak that was left untreated. This company wasted our time and money and jeopardized our safety by leaving an active gas leak. The owner refused to call me and only communicated via text/ email and refuses to take accountability.

Tom and Christian did a fine job cleaning our chimney and dryer vents. On time, efficient and care taken. I would recommend Vertical Chimney Care.
