Excellent experience from scheduling all the way through the chimney inspection!

I’m so glad I found these guys! From speaking with Linda to schedule the service to working with Al on-site, everything was smooth and professional. They cleaned my chimney and replaced a broken pipe for my fireplace. They were on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was left clean and completed right. Friendly, reliable, and great at what they do. I definitely recommend them.

I'm not one to leave reviews but ... Delighted to have had these guys come to an inspection. From the moment of contact via phone and text with Patty and Al and his (FD) partner arriving with such good information and knowledge, I'm sorry I didn't find these guys earlier. Other companies, with their drones and usb's, didn't give me half the info these guys gave for a much fairer price. Highly recommend this company. A neighbor was also in the house when they arrived (early) and immediately took a card, as she was so impressed!

When calling, I was greeted by Pattie who answered my questions, provided awesome customer service, and was very well informed to help my family and I get prepared for the holidays. A+++
