Trevor was fantastic. He was courteous, explained what the problem was, fixed the fireplace, reviewed what he did and answered my follow up questions.
Chicago Fireplace has the best service that we ever experienced. Our Tech Trevor was amazing and did such a detail job cleaning and conditioning our fireplace for our winter months. Great Company and will continue doing business with them.
