I spoke with Mr. Whitney this morning about my gas fireplace issue. He was kind, patient, and through a series of insightful questions, identified the problem and told me how to fix it. Superlative customer service!

The firplaces look nice. Haven't been able to order anything yet though because we have been getting the run around from the sales guy for the last 6 months. Perhaps they only deal with contractors and not actual homeowners? If you want a quicker install, I would look elsewhere.

Clay and his staff are some of the best I have dealt with, from the looking/buying process…all the way to the installation it was a great experience. Highly recommend them for all things fireplace related.
