I would like to give zero stars but had to at least select one so I could post this. This man is a joke!!! When we purchased our home he came out and the inspection said the chimney was good. 1.5 years later, we never used the fireplace during this time, we are trying to sell our come and had 2 separate inspectors let us know that the chimney needs work because the chimney was not up to code. Needs mortar work and a chimney cap. This is costing us $7,500 so we can close on the sale of our home

Did a fabulous job highly recommend to family and friends

I'm honestly pretty disappointed. They never went on the roof to clean the top of the chimney. Everything was done inside and very quickly done for an expensive price compared to the lack of in depth cleaning. The brush was only in the chimney for about 3 minutes. They arrived 40 minutes early from the scheduled appointment. The total cleaning was only 15 minutes from setup to clean up. My house isn't covered in soot but feel like that's because majority of it is still in the chimney. They did clean up very well though and it included a visual inspection without scopes or anything. There is still soot caked on the chimney damper door. From the length of the poles I would say only half to three quarters of the chimney flute is actually cleaned. It was more of a rush than quality of work. The firebox is pretty clean though. Would consider paying a little more for a different company to do a in depth cleaning.
