Koltin came by for an inspection and cleaning of my wood burning fireplace. The previous owner had set it up with ceramic logs over a log lighter gas pipe which had gotten covered in soot. Koltin did a great job cleaning it up and let me know the issues with it being set up that way. Will be getting rid of the ceramic logs and switching over to wood burning for now. Overall quick response, great communication and service.
