Just had our 2 gas fireplaces serviced/cleaned by Southwest. The technician Vicente was wonderful. He went out of his way to explain everything about the fireplaces and how they operated as we recently moved into the home and were not familiar with them. When he left both fireplaces looked brand new and we were educated on how to use them. Highly recommend Southwest and Vicente!!! Mokena
