Empire Masonry & Chimney

Would love it if they actually got back to me.

I made an appointment with this company for my client. Noone contacted me nor showed up to do inspection. In real estate that could've affected my contract negatively. Wouldn't recommend.

I contacted this company by recommendation for a chimney rebuild and conversion from gas back to wood burning fireplace. The first time we had set to do the estimate, they no called/no showed after giving me a four hour time slot in which they might come… so I waited for four hours for nothing. After I left a message, they called and apologized, stating that their “guy” took the week off while the owner was away and that he no longer works with them. He promised he would make it up to me and be there at a specific time or within the hour on a set date, and that he would come personally. Well, I waited for over an hour and he no call/no showed yet again. I am very discouraged and disappointed- this is very unprofessional, not to mention a waste of my time.

We needed complicated work done on our porch and Empire Masonry & Chimney exceeded our expectations! They were highly recommended by another Masonry company I initially contacted (as the job was above their skill set) and we couldn't have been luckier. Johnathan and his team are both professional and friendly! Anthony and Tony stood out as courteous and approachable, during the whole project - just really good people! Johnathon thank you and your team again for all your hard work and attention to detail!
