Ben came and serviced our fireplace and chimney. He was thorough and explained every step. Our inspection resulted in not needing a full cleaning at this time. He gave me the option to clean it anyway or pass. In the end he saved us money and gave us piece of mind going into the colder months of the year.

They were very pleasant and on time. He worked quickly and explained how to best start a fire for the best draft results. I will call again next year for a check up.
