Before hiring them to come out and inspect our fireplace, Kaitlin provided a ton of helpful information over email. Then they made room for us on a Sunday to come and inspect the fireplace and chimney. Charles was extremely thorough in his inspection and honest about the condition of our fireplace, which we greatly appreciated. They genuinely care about our safety, and very likely saved us from a disaster. I wouldn't use anyone else for our fireplace and chimney. They're the best.

Furnace was not working properly due to blockage in chimney. Able to fit us into their busy schedule best customer service I have ever received from any business.Charles and Caitlyn were concerned about my family’s safety. They cleared a blockage and my family was able to have the furnace working on a sub freezing night. Highly recommend this company !
