My family and I bought our first home and had this company to come out and clean the ducts I loved the techs that came out very informative and professional would definitely recommend and WILL use again 5 stars

Way too high of price when other companies will do the same job for $200

I received air duct and dryer vent cleaning services on September 15, 2025, and I am dissatisfied with several aspects of the experience. For a business focused on dust cleaning, they failed to vacuum the areas around the vents, leaving dust and dirt behind in each area. We had to vacuum these areas ourselves. When we asked if they were supposed to clean up the debris, they said they would handle it but only superficially wiped a few spots without thoroughly checking all areas. The contract explicitly stated that all vent covers would be washed and resealed with white sealant where applicable, such as in the bathroom. However, I saw no evidence of any vent covers being washed (I know they could use a good washing for the price I paid), and the bathroom sealant was not touched up, forcing me to clean it myself. Additionally, they forgot to reinstall four vent covers. I had to remind them to put them back and request a walkthrough, which they seemed reluctant to perform. Furthermore, while the dryer vent was cleaned, they left dust and dirt on top of the dryer. Overall, given the cost of the service, I expected much better attention to detail and thoroughness. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. *Updated reviewed based on response from owner: Not sure if you would call that "family ended with a healthier home" due to the fact that leaving dust and dirt on all areas including dining table is not healthy and unsafe. Instead of talking your way around the problems you should listen to the customer. I also want to add that after the dryer vent was cleaned, it wasn't properly vacuumed leaving lint all over the top of my roof and also stuck on the top vent. I had to get a ladder and vacuum our roof because of the debris of lint all over the place. Again, so much can be done here to make your services better. You can start by refunding your customer for all the problems encountered and if not, I hope the next person sees this and knows what to look for.

I had a great experience with the company. We scheduled an appointment to clean the dryer’s vent. The previous company we contacted said it could not be done. Isaiah came and took the challenge. He noticed there were many clogs from more than 20 years of neglect (we recently bought the house). He opened the long vent and remove it all. He communicated with us the whole time and show us pictures of the before and after. Isaiah did an excellent job, he went above and beyond, and we are planning on using the services of this company for now on.
