Champion Chimney Sweep

Called him for an inspection. Came to the house extremely rude and unprepared. Expected us to already have removed the mantle of our chimney, which is what we paid him to do This guy doesn't have any of the tools needed to properly inspect a chimney. No camera, would not even go up your roof to actually see what's up. He just wants easy money. He is also extremely unreliable. After we paid him to give us a quotation for the chimney that he was talking about last year, he just disappeared and he wouldn't even reply to follow ups. Don't even call his person for a quotation. He will justreap you off and say lies, twist the story to suit his narrative. None of the nonsense he mentioned on his reply below were ever formally communicated to us. We followed up several months to even get a response from him only to come to our house once more looking to get easy cash. Go to Original Chimney instead or some other reputable and professional company that actually do a thorough job and are equipped with the tools to do their work and can communicate professionally

Excellent service, fair price

BUYER BEWARE! Champion is only a lead generating business. Independent contractors then pay for that lead. Champion offers $99 base quote subject to free inspection and on-site quote. In my case, I was quoted $600 to clean. Clear bait & switch. I agreed to $400 cuz he was onsite. Cleaning took less than an hour. He tried to upsell me on painting the box and “repair the cracks” inside. I was then required to write the payment check to some random LLC, not to Champion. I hate this business model. Don’t use this misleading service. Find a real local business directly.
