SafeAir was able to send Ben to clean my chimney at the last minute before the huge winter storm. I really appreciated him coming on a Saturday to make sure we could safely use our fireplace. He made sure I felt comfortable opening the chimney and lighting the fire properly. Thanks!
Ben, the owner and the service representative, was outstanding in all ways that you would want a contactor company to be especially as a first time user with little knowledge of the critical need to stay on top of your dryer vent upkeep. Ben was timely, patient, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He gave us options and troubleshooted some tricky things left by the builder. Take home message: Keep up your dryer vent maintenance yearly and use SafeAir services for their knowledge in this area
