Noticing wood rot around my gutter corners, I requested an estimate for repair. Sangzy was professional and kind in giving an honest assessment of my gutter system in place for about 30 years. I consider myself a DIYer but realizing the importance, wanted someone with expert knowledge to help get the old gutters in shape before the problems got any worse. After a thorough inspection, Sangzy shared photos with me of the problem areas and provided a fair price estimate to remedy them, and he also offered good general advice moving forward.

We used them before for Chimney repairs and cleaning - that was a great experience. However, they came out for gutter cleaning. Gutters seemed clean (based on before/ after pictures). What we didn’t like: 1) The technician did not use stabilizers for the ladder which risks gutters being dented/ damaged. 2) The technician dumped the dirt from the gutters in our flower bed, driveway, back deck and walk way. I just had someone clean the flower beds. I called in and had to have a lengthy discussion with the team. They ended up coming out again to clean up the situation. While they fixed the situation, I don’t think I’ll use them again for this service. Too much ‘micromanagement’ necessary to get to a result that I expected on auto-pilot by hiring a professional.

She answered all of my questions in detail and always responded to my emails promptly. From the beginning, I felt informed. Mark was outstanding. He took his time explaining everything, answered all of my questions (even the repetitive ones), and made sure I understood the scope of the work. He provided before-and-after pictures and video, which gave me complete transparency. He was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. After the work was completed, I tested the dryer and immediately noticed a major improvement. Drying time went from 60+ minutes to 30 minutes! The airflow difference was noticeable right away, which confirmed the upgrade and correction were done properly. Honestly, I was initially a bit doubtful, like many homeowners are when trusting a company with their hard-earned money. But Mark’s professionalism, transparency, and quality of work completely put those concerns to rest. He also cleaned up thoroughly and left my home exactly as he found it. Customer service truly matters, and this team absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them.
