We had a great experience with Netanel. We were desperate to get our chimney inspected before the winter storm, and he made his way to us after working hours, inspected our chimney, and explained to us how to use it (it was our first time, after almost a decade of living in the house!) - all with a smile and in the most respectful way! He was also responsive when we contacted him a week later with a question. I highly recommend using A1 Chimney!
Fantastic service - called mid-ice storm and Nate was at our house within the hour with very transparent pricing. He ever offered to come back out again today if needed at no additional charge. Will use if ever needed again
Wonderful experience - knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very honest. Nate helped us make sure our fireplace that sat unused for 7 years was in good working order. Highly recommend.
